Sailing onboard as part of our Mekong Dawn Cruises’ team is our professional chef, who cooks up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen to serve guests the finest food from across Southeast Asia. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are inclusive of each trip.
Using fresh ingredients, the set menu takes in a series of delicious dishes from across the region, including some signature Cambodian cuisine. Cambodian cooking tends to be less spicy than that of neighboring Vietnam or Thailand, using more herbs than spices.
Fish amok is perhaps one of the country’s most famous dishes. It is a flavorsome feast of fish curry steamed, and served, in banana leaves. Coconut cream and galangal feature heavily in the taste. Other classic dishes on the menu include chicken and banana blossom salad, spring rolls, chicken curry and green mango salad. Breakfast is continental and comes with fruit juices, tea and coffee.
Our fully-equipped bar, which operates throughout the day and into the evening, serves soft drinks, beer, wine, spirits and a selection of cocktails.
